I'm not really certain what's going on with 476, just that Kermit would like something different and that he does have MV262 waiting in the wings so to speak once we finish the Tempest or the MKI. I have a feeling that the two 14's are the examples owned by Chris Warrilow, but I could be wrong as the boss reckons there are more than two spits in store in the Wycombe area that are awaiting restoration. The LFIX is TE517, or what's left of it after Mr Melton's efforts to restore her, we only have the fuselage for it at the moment although there was talk of some wings coming from somewhere. After he sold PL344 it was a bit of a shock to hear that he was getting rid of 476 too, it's a much better aircraft and, so Ralph Hull was telling me, it won a prize at Sun 'n' Fun a few years back. There was talk of converting her to highback status but that seems to have gone out of the window now. I await your calls ;)
