I think this is a wonderful idea Chris. Off the top of my head I would say that it should...

1) show photos of the aircraft/components before restoration
2) include a history, where known, of the aircraft/components.
3) should included decent detail shots.
4) perhaps include explanations on how restored parts were actually restored/refabricated (restoration techniques are important to share!).
5) contain a "needs list" for parts required and a "trade/sale list" of surplus items.

There are many more ideas, but these are the basic five. Good luck with the project!
