Thanks for the update. I'm pretty excited about this project and agree it's one hell of an undertaking for one guy.
Once the moulds are proven, I don't see any reason why he couldn't get a production line going! A good deal of the fixtures and fittings are plywood and could be produced reasonably easily.
I would think that most potential customers already have many of the metal bits to bolt straight on.
That leaves the wing....wonder if that's his next project!
