T-34's grounded?

Looks like the FAA issued a revised AD yesterday removing the Alternative Means of Compliance "fixes". From what I gather that means that all the T-34s that used the AMOC to fix the supposed spar problem are grounded if they have more than 80 hours since 2001. Anybody know more? Am I interpreting that correctly?
