I was reading an article in Aviation Week about a month ago, written by a reporter that was allowed to tag along on a P-3 mission. (Yes the Navy/Marines are using the P-3s for serveillance overland.) He mentioned that on return to their base he spotted a number of MiG-21s in a handstand. I don't remember his exact words, but I remember that it gave me the impression he thought they had not been servicable for a while. Not as rare as the Hind, but another potential future source of warbirds.
Regards,
Mike
