I think most (if not all) of the operational USAAF Beaufighters were predominantly used in North Africa and Europe.

I don't know whether this is a full list of units which operated them, but they were used by the 414th / 415th / 416th / 417th Night Fighter Squadrons of the 64th Fighter Wing in 1943/44. I believe these were based initially in Algeria, and then moved up through Italy and France. The USAF Museum website contains a brief transcript of a 64th FW Beaufighter combat report at:
