Montgomery spinners are quite common in the US on R-1340's (as found on the AT-6) and smaller radials using a two bladed Hamilton Standard counterweight prop. Lots of cropdusters with R-985 engines use them.
A cadmium plated spinner would be used for a spinner that was to be painted, while a chrome spinner was used unpainted.
