There's a book called High Ground Wrecks and Relics, which has fairly detailed sections on all the high ground areas of the UK. I haven't got it with me at the moment, and am unlikely to be near a PC again until Monday, but let me know what sort of aircraft you're after, and I'll see what info I can post up for you.
