Hmm, interesting one. Shame you're limiting me to just four types! :)
Given unlimited resources, I'd pick one from each of these categories:
Fighters; from Bf109, Fw190, Me110
Nightfighters; from Me410, He219
Bombers; from Ju88, Do17, He111, He177
Ground Attack; from Ju87, Hs129
No idea which ones though.....
