errrrrrr

Green light from the MOD and the Swedes Richard, oh , and the Swedish OParks and forests boys and the RSwAF

As regards intentions and reports, I think Tony "hurricane Baron" Dyer and Elliott "Whitley King" Smock can help you there. I should think Peter Arnold and David Burke can throw in some useful tips too. Also, try Bruce James at RAFM Cosford, because they might be interested in helping too

From an MOD perspective, be as succint and transparent as possible, the less questions that need to be asked by Innsworth, the better.

Remember..... Plan of recovery, why you are doing it, the Methods and the conclusion. MOD will want to know, that the aircraft remnants, will not be exchanged from one outside location to another.
Good Luck

: Hi Everyone
:
: I've not posted for a while 'cause I've been very busy sor
: ting out my exam results (exam board screwed up-again)
:
: Anyway, I had an interesting letter from the MOD the other
: day, about Lancaster NF920 "Easy Elsie". As you might hav
: e read from earlier posts, I'm trying to get permission to
: recover her from Sweden, and have been at it for three ye
: ars. The letter told me exactly who is the custodian, and
: that the MOD want a report about my intentions for the air
: craft. Now, the problem is I know what I want to do with i
: t, where (I hope) to put it, and why I want to get it out,
: but I have never written a report before.
:
: Basically I need help with what it should contain, where I
: can get info on landowner details in Sweden, and such. Th
: e recovery itself is covered, I just need the green light
: from the MOD, then everything should be on.
:
: Any thoughts, opinions, (offers to write me a report ;-) )
: would be a great help.
