Look North this evening had a short piece on the Flypast and interviewed Squadron Leader Paul Day about it. I just picked up the last bit but I think he said that the second run had been unplanned and they did it again because the first run had been slightly off line. Apparently the timing/line on the second run were perfect
Happy to be corrected if I got it round my neck
