If you wished to build your own,that means do it your self.Without the forgings you could build a Kittyhawk fuse clean.For $40kAU.And a Kittyhawk fuse is a bit more complicated than a FW.If you pay someone then you gonna get a new arse ripped for you.Remember your paying for their car the wifes holiday the kids education a new play station,And anything else they want to charge you fore.You aint just paying for a fuse you are paying for someone elses lifestyle.If the builder owns a P51 then heaven help you,You will be the one paying to keep it flying.
