Hi Norm, welcome to the board. As Jim the Jacket says, Mark Clark is your man, possibly Brian of Historic as well, both of them frequent this board in an open fashion and can advise etc, on the best way to proceed. there are also other people here, who have the means to purchase that aircraft. :)
Just out of interest, are there any photos or a web address for the work in progress, and an identity of some sort?
