No, I don't believe it is, one of those. As far as I know Tallichet picked up two of the six MGM windmachine examples, and these are now undergoing restoration in Akron at the MAPS museum. This example belongs to Kevin Smith... the wings are currently with Carl Scholl (see the latest Air Classics).
