Flying A was I believe created sometime after 1993, but it's true that it was born from Warbirds of Great Britain, with a number of their aircraft passing to Flying A.

As for where the aircraft were based between November 92 and 98 is a very good question, the crated Aircraft were reported as going to Florida for a time, returning to the UK late 96, moving to continued storage at North Weald, the Naval Aircraft (Corsair, Bearcat & Wildcat) flew from their Bournmouth base in 92 to Holland where they were stored until returning to the UK in 96. The Bearcat going to Duxford, the Corsair & Wildcat going initially to Hawker Restorations hanger at Earls Colne for maintenance, prior to North Weald. Throughout this time the Catalina was stored in the Hanger at Biggin Hill, before it to went to North Weald.

Hope this helps
