Seems the USAF museum has a policy of displaying aircraft relavant only to the US, I don't think the old Spit fit that bill...gift or not, I don't think they discriminate. They have built a fabulous collection of aircraft over the last 15 years over and above the original aquisitions. It's always a pleasure to roam the domes!!
