Dunno whether it's a distinct concensus against Luftwaffe aircraft, more a case of their comparitive rarity and of course the, erm, interesting ground handling characteristics of the '109 / Buchon. I'd guess - although I'm no expert - that the wider track undercarriage of the '190 would alleviate some of those problems.
Personally I'd love to see a 190 cavorting around the sky, be it original or replica. Good point about the airshow bookings though, funny how supply and demand always dictates... ;)
