That appears to be an aircraft structural test facility in the background. Note the slotted floor used to attach the fixturing, and the large aircraft wing in the background (upper left) with the "whiffle tree" structure used to apply the up-bending load to the test wing.

I'm not sure what that is in front of the left wing of the A-20, but if it was a P-39 it shouldn't have a square hole in the forward bulkhead where the prop reduction box mounts. The rest of the structure looks wrong too, but I could be mistaken (I was once before, too!).

Is that a Tu-154 in the background?
