CASA Jumo/Merlin conversion

Have recently heard of a USA located CASA which is to be converted to take Jumos. Now, leaving the ethical issues and operational practicality to one side, does anyone know the extent of the mods. required to the nacelles, engine bearer pick-ups, firewall, etc to achieve this?
