Favourite Flight Simulators?

Well, looks like me and Tom, like our European Air War..
Bargain at ?9.99, a very active add on community on the web, and some serious online and offline aviating to be had
Got into a knifefight one night, with a Fangs-Out German Dora Pilot, me in a Spit 14, Chr*st, I was flying round trees, and down streets to get rid of him.. Of course, I defeated him in the end,(He collided with a hangar I'd just flown round) but was sweating buckets at the end :0) It reminded me of Johnnie Johnsons account, of his fight with a 190 over Dieppe, where he was flying down streets to lose him...
So, what is your favourite Combat flight sim, or scenario within?
