V9415 served with 614 Army Co-Operation Sqn before conversion to Target Tug and transfered to RCAF on 9/1/1942.
She was built on the same contract as the other Lysander details already posted.
614 Sqn had Lysander III's from Oct 1940 to Jan 1942 with the code LJ-?
