Been wondering about this one myself recently.
The full story is related in The Battle Of Britain Then And Now, page 677, with a photo.
I don't know where it is now and it is never listed anywhere as belonging to the Brenzett museum, although it was a quite substantial wreck when recovered, but I suppose it depends on what some people think of as a "survivor".

I can scan it and send it for you later today if you like ?
