Seafire Project 4sale on @courtesyaircraft.com {serial no?}

Does anyone have any idea who's Seafire project this is for sale on www.courtesyaircraft.com. Trying to find out if Wally Fisk on MN, USA is selling ex-RCN FAA Seafire PR503 or is this one of the Burma Mk. XVs that were rescued last year????

Can anyone send me some details on this Seafire and its current state of restoration???
