He can't afford it mate (yes I know that sounds silly) but there's so many restorations going on at the moment that he's involved with that there is only funds for so many, the big 'uns will get done (eventually). The Mustangs cost a fair packet so I'm informed and the P-40N is nearly done, but he has sold PL344 so the funds maybe re-allocated to another source if you catch my drift!
