I think that one is pure urban legend ;) I've heard the same story a few times over the years. I figure we owe that one to the Corsair's reputation as an "Ensign Eliminator". There are no loss reports that I have come across that support the story, although it WOULD be an ingenious way someone to be done with a spouse!

Why is it that evil-doers in stories like this are always from Texas? ;)
