A spade grip needs identifying

I know it is a spade grip but I ain't got a clue on this one!
Yet another request for help please. I have a spade grip that I have owned for 15+ years. I do not think it is British. Any help in identifying it greatly appreciated. It has a few markings:- 01-521322 and T-939. It looks like it would have had 2 gun triggers too. I would have thought it was from the 30s and possibly American...
