Steve - did a Google for PRU Blue and came up with two different references as well as searching through one or two books and paint charts - which only turned up British Standard references.....

FS 595a 35189
and
FS 595a 35190

I'm definitely not a colour expert but I suspect that possibly the sequential numbers mean that both are slightly different interpretations of the same colour.

I'm sure some expert modeller could confirm the FS number for you. I'd hate for you to paint your PR XIX the wrong colour just because of me!
