I wonder how many times this has been tried?

I do know that the Warbirds Association in New Zealand have been very successful in organising syndicates and probably have some sort of standard agreement that they use to pull the whole thing together. Perhaps one of our NZ posters could comment or perhaps get their hands on an agreement we could look at?
