UPF-7 was a relatively common trainer during the war I believe.

The "Dash number" usually indicated first year of production.

: I hope no one minds me bringing up this topic, as I don't
: think any Waco biplanes were used by any military service.
: I suppose it is possible as the USAAF did acquire a numb
: er of similar types from civilian owners early in the war.

: I am looking for source of info (on the web or elsewhere)
: that will provide me with the first flight dates of the IN
: F, GXE, UPF and UEC types, as well as any survivor info.
: I have been googling, but have had no success.

: Any help would be appreciated.
