Looking for Seafire XV pilots notes....

Does anyone have any idea where or who would be able to help me acquire a copy of these notes? Bidding on one from a seller in the UK on EBay "Seafire XV & XVII Griffon powered pilots notes" Item # 1704668397

Need a photocopy, reproduction etc and not hoping to spend a ton of $$ to find one as the condition is not important. Any advice, as I am trying to have one of the ex-RCN Mk. XV's pulled out of Toronto's outer harbour in the near future. New pics on my site as the URL is bellow. Thanks everyone
