Hello Harold. I had a look at work for section 7 but our copy has that section missing as well, it seems that the RAFM example also has this bit missing as that is the master copy for ours. I don't know if any other restoration shop has a complete manual, all I can suggest is to try e-mailing as many of them as possible and hope you strike it lucky. Sorry.
