Tie for three...
A6M5 Zero at POF, a historic aircraft, perfect pedigree, and a long time flyer. It was the only long before it became the rage.
Close seconds are the P-26 also at Planes of Fame and the AT-11 Guardsmen, the export P-35. Both of these are clear one offs with virtually no remaining flyable siblings from the period.
Of course I would love to build an A5M Claude to chase them with...
