I'm pretty sure it's one of the two nose sections that Tallichet acquired from Pacific Palisades. An NAA engineer got them from Chino and wanted to make a motor home but never did. His widow sold them to Tallichet in 1982. Weeks got the C model nose section that was in Tallichet's Chino storage yard and it's in Aero Trader's storage yard east of San Diego. I had an article on it (the Empire State's) from Atlantic Flyer but discarded it, darn it!! Incidently, that nose section of Weeks is only 4 serial numbers from the CAF machine.
