Depends on your definition of rare, but my absolute favourite is Spitfire FR Mk.XVIIIe SM845 G-BUOS.
Just sooo powerful and the Griffin sounds sooo good (slip into Tim "The Toolman" Taylor mode) Arh Arh Arh...
