Bf110 and Tempest

I was flicking through an old copy of Aeroplane Monthly last night, and saw a couple of articles about Jim Pearce's Bf110C-2 (c/n 5202) and David Martin's Tempest II (MW378?). The articles, written in 1992, stated that both were intended to be airworthy restoration, but I've heard very little about them since.

I've got a feeling that the Bf110 may have ended up as the beautifully restored static example which was rolled out in Germany last year, but have no idea about the Tempest. Can anybody shed any light...?
