Nothing difinitive, but word is it was scrapped. I've seen other photos and I believe Air Classics has mentioned this crash in the past a few times. Not really anything of value but the engines would have remained useful since it was the only airworthy P-61 variant at the time. I'm sure by today's standards it would be very restorable!
I'm still waiting for Tony to get back to me on the other F-15 that crashed and may still be on a glacier... Tony? Any more info?
