Another question; Around 1990 a Hurricane was put on a plinth in Revda, Russia. The man behind both the recovery
and restoration of the Hurricane, Mr. Alexander Komarov,
claimed in a newspaper article to know the locations
of several Spitfire, Hurricane, P-40, P-63 and other
wrecks. All in the Murmansk/Revda area.
Has all those wrecks been recovered and exported from
Russia during the 10+ years, or are some still around.
How many Spitfire wrecks has been discovered in Russia?
I know that one is with the Fighter Collection.
