Am I mistaken or have they reworked a lot of seemingly finished parts? If you look at the photographic history of the manufacturing process, since the project moved to its present location, you see people drilling out rivets, making new parts, reshaping things etc.

Was this the reason for the troubles the project ran into some years ago: the quality of manufacture, or are these ex-Boeing employees enjoying themselves so much that they just keep on making the parts again and again?
