Tony,
Your German is getting better all the time. They recovered the engine from a Dresdner back garden so it seemed and are now restoring it. Very interesting stuff.
We have spent last saturday doing a preliminary investigation at the site where a Lanc crashed in June 1943. So far a lot of interesting items have been found just under the surface. The investigation will continue in a few weeks time.
