ARADO AR196 SEAPLANES AWAIT RECOVERY. While looking for WW2 military vehicles for a museum that I am setting up, my teams have found around 20 WW2 aircraft in the last four years. All are still there including FW190, ME109, many Yak 3's, very rare Arado AR196 seaplanes, and others. I don't intend having aircraft in my museum. I am looking for help in recovering all of them. I don't have the money or the "know how" to do it. Apart from an LA5, the rest are restorable. I am looking to selling all of them. All the aircraft are under water or in bogs and have been found by my teams, 6 in the last 4 months. I do have some photos of the LA5. As it was beyond saving, we did a recovery. The others have around 20%-40% damage. Contact Gail Lavigne in Tavistock, Devon, England. Telephone: 01822 611037. Fax: 01822 611037. -- Posted: 10/14/98
