Most aerobatic airplanes with horizontally opposed engines have wet sump systems integral to the crankcase... Positive "G" forces tend to keep the oil in the sump, therefore have little effect on the operation of the engine.

An exception might be for those requiring capability for extended inverted operations.

: You gotta have a scavenge pump, dry sump and external oil
: tank whatever type of aero engine you have, or you stand a
: n excellent chance of wrecking your bearings when manoeuve
: ring or pulling some G !!
