The comments are correct. Alclad over a wooden frame is being used for cost/time savings but it is hoped that externally it will be difficult to tell this once complete.
Same procedure being used for the Balliol.
Netscape have chosen to close down the sites.netscape website later this week but have instead provided another location. So I have recreated the site at the following address:

The plan is to have the Defiant ready later this year, unveiling in September.
