When I saw this display in 99 they were looking for sponsorship and donations to restore it. Maybe they gave up.

Tony, I checked the info you posted and it doesn't seem to match up with the data I have. I do know for a fact it was pulled out of a lake/swamp here in Florida. I know that there were a lot of P-40K's used here, so I'm thinking it might be a K.

But then again, who knows. I'm sure it will turn up in a few years when P-40 restoration projects run out.
