Looking at the actual statutes, it says nothing about aircraft, maybe because they aren't bothered, or, as is more likely, they overlooked it. Therefore, i think that a "friend" in customs would be good :0)

Mick tells me, there is also a Walrus hulk off the Kandy road. Now, as the Kandy road, is like the blimmin M1 , I need a better idea. The area we're looking at, is not a restricted travel area, but then again, Tamils tend to strike wherever they please. The airbase we're looking at , got mortared earlier this year. Ho-hum

Still better to be warm and shot at, then Cold, bitten by midges, ripped off, aquire a big Moscow gentleman as a business partner etc etc.
