I'd love to know HOW these so called manufacturers gauge the "demand" for such an item, irrespective of what type of aircraft they are thinking of. What do they do, go out into the street & say to folk "Name a WW2 bomber?" Of course then the answer will no doubt be "Lancaster" in Britain or "B17" in the States, but then this only goes to fuel the bloody persistant myth that there were only ever two types of bomber in WW2, the Lanc' & the B17.
It would seem that there are very few folk out there that know the other types were not really just propoganda, they actually did exist! Sorry, I'm on my soapbox again.
Wonder if the manufacturers ever read these forums?
