The B-17 being restored is "Outhouse Mouse" and it has an interesting history. More about it can be found at http://www.warbirdsresourcegroup.org/registry/b17registry/b17-4485734.html
The other B-17, "Susie Q" is Mr Weeks and has signs of a slow restoration on it. Maybe years before this one is out.
As for the FW190, I am not sure if much has been done on it. The photos of when it first arrived look exactly like the ones I took.
