I hope the following info answers any questions on the Alert Lancs.

FM216 crashed at about 10:23 AM on the morning of 7 Aug 1950 during take off. The wreckage was left and presumably bulldozed in 1969/70 along with FM221 into a pit to form the base for another structures foundation.

Two Lancasters crashed at Resolute - FM216 and then FM221
