It was removed last year as well, but that didn't stop them from introducing it again this year with THE EXACT SAME CONTENT, did it?
As unlikely as it may seem to some, this was put in there for a reason, so it will be back. We may not know what the real reason is, but guns, vehicles, and aircraft are all affected. Until we know the true reason and have it re-drafted to specifically omit our beloved warbirds (guns, vehicles, etc.), the wording will remain unchanged. This needs to happen BEFORE it gets put into next years bill.
Does anyone know who (or what committee) put this in the bill to start with? We need to start there and contact those committee members.
