Interesting Hellcat trivia

Whilst flicking through my copy of 'Aces High' by Shores & Williams last night I came across this interesting bit of Hellcat trivia.

On 8th May 1944, off the coast of Norway, in support of the attacks on the German Battleship 'Tirptiz', Lt.Blyth Ritchie in Hellcat 1, JV132, (800 NAS, HMS Emperor) shot down a FW.190 of JG.5.
Thus recording the one and only air combat victory of a Hellcat over a FW.190 in WW2.

A historic Hellcat, and if I was in the fortunate position to own an airworthy Hellcat, that's the markings it would be put in.
Would make an interesting airshow routine with a Flug-Werke 190..........or better still a real 190!!
