Being based in the UK I would have to go for Ray Hanna, Paul Bonhomme and Stephen Grey.
Ray for his amazing displays in Spitfire MH434, Paul for his spirited displays in Spitfire MV293 and Stephen for his displays in just about anything from the TFC stable
